Aint this a story. A Morehouse College student by the name of Joshua Brandon Norris shot a fellow student Rashad Johnson outside of a bash at a local Atlanta club in 2007. Now Check this out . In his plea deal setup by his lawyer and the assistant district attorney a clause for him to stay in school and finish his degree , allowed him to get the deal of the century. He faced one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and a second count for possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. After pleading no contest to the first count , the second charge was dropped and he recieved (HERES THE AMAZING PART) NO JAIL TIME. Even the judge stated "you are about to get the break of your life". He got 6 years probation, a $1,000 fine and 240 hours of community service. DAMN. He must have had T.I.'s lawyer on call because this is AMAZING. Even the judge and district attorney were at awe but despite their feelings they allowed the ruling and this kid walks around Morehouse Today and is about to graduate while Rashad is in Cali at home with his mother with a bullet still in his Leg.
